Refund Policy - the basics

At Hyden Publishing Group, we want every customer to be satisfied. Please read our refund guidelines below.

1. Digital Products (MP3s, Downloads, Courses)

Due to the nature of digital items, all digital product sales are final.

Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot issue a refund.

If you experience issues with your download, contact support and we will resend your access link.

2. Physical Merchandise

We offer refunds or replacements ONLY in cases of:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective print

  • Wrong size received (if ordered correctly)

  • Wrong item shipped

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We may request photos to verify the issue.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
